I'm Daniel Oreofe. I build the products, companies and rooms that ambitious people rely on — mostly from Lagos, mostly with people who are early to something.
I've spent the last few years in banking infrastructure, health-tech operations, fintech product, an AI agency, and now AI infrastructure. The industries kept changing. The work didn't. Every time, the actual job was the same: find the part of the system that's quietly costing everyone time, and rebuild it so nobody has to think about it again.
I'm a non-technical product manager and I've stopped apologising for it. I can read a system diagram, argue about an API surface, automate most of my own operations in n8n, and write the spec that stops a two-week detour. The engineers I work with don't need a manager who half-writes their code. They need someone who defends the roadmap, kills the wrong feature early, and makes the decision when there isn't enough information.
